Oh, Hey There!

I’m Dave Upper—a multidisciplinary designer and hands-on craftsman who blends digital expertise with real-world making. With over a decade of experience, I design accessible interfaces, build brand systems, and create laser-engraved products that connect with people on both functional and emotional levels.

My path has been shaped by resilience and creativity—from turning childhood comic book sketches into a design career to channeling life’s challenges into empathy-driven work. That perspective helps me design solutions that don’t just look good, but actually work for the people who need them most.

Outside of work, I run a glow-in-the-dark disc golf league with my brother and spend time with my family recharging in the outdoors.
